Membership forms are available on our bulletin board at Mechanical Engineering Lobby or during all of our events. Please fill out a form and return it to the SQS mailbox or to our officers with a check for $20.00 made payable to Prof. Donald S. Ermer.

Our SQS mailboxes are located at the Mechanical Engineering Lobby and the other is located at Grainger Hall. We will process both your SQS and ASQ membership as soon as we confirm your membership fee.
